Juan’s Transmission SMS Alerts: How Staff Opt In

Juan’s Transmission Services, LLC sends internal text alerts about new Google reviews to our owner, managers, and staff. We do not text customers.

How consent works

The owner explains the alerts to the staff member in person, and the staff member agrees.
The staff member sends the word ALERTAS from their own mobile phone to (214) 247-1232.
They receive this confirmation: “Juan’s Transmission: you’re signed up for Google review alerts. Recurring msgs, freq varies. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel. / Alertas de reseñas activadas. Responde AYUDA o STOP.”

No one is enrolled without sending this text. Participation is voluntary and is not a condition of employment.

Message frequency varies, approximately 1 to 10 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP, PARAR, or ALTO to opt out at any time, or HELP or AYUDA for help.
